The Orchards Dress is a romantic and casual sleeveless summer dress. Gather details at the front and back neck opening frame the neckline. These gathers provide bust shaping and comfortable ease. The neckline is finished with a neat rounded collar. The collar and button placket provide a bit of visual and fitting structure to loose-fitting nature of the Orchards Dress.

This pattern is designed for woven lightweight fabrics. View A is a longer, tiered dress. View B is a short dress with a fuller skirt. Both views feature in-seam pockets.

Choose a plainwoven cotton for a picnic dress, or linen for a more rustic look, perfect for a day of apple picking and holding fruit in the ample fabric of the skirt.

The seam allowance is included in the pattern pieces.
