FAQ

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping costs will be based on the weight of each product. I use USPS Priority Mail, and for domestic shipments it usually takes 2-3 days after I post it. Please allow 3-4 days for me to process, package, and ship your order. This will allow me time to carefully package your item and bring it to the post office. If you need it sooner, please email me with your order number and I will be happy to assist.

If you are local to Philadelphia and would like to do a local pick up from my studio, use the code PHILLYLOCAL at checkout. We can coordinate a day and time that works for the both of us.

If you are international, please note that international shipping rates are expensive, and while I will do my best to get the cheapest rate, I do not control the additional fees that may occur.

When will your shop open?

I will periodically close the shop for event preparation or prior to a new shop update.

How do I order wholesale?

I am not currently accepting new wholesale accounts.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

All wares are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. I recommend washing everything by hand for long life.

Disclaimer

All pieces are one of a kind and made with care by my hands. There are variations in material, dimensions, texture and color that may not appear obvious in a photograph. Please pay attention to the dimensions written in each listing’s description. Some items may appear larger in the photographs than they actually are, so I’ve measured them for you.

My favourite time of the year. The weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas. With the clocks changing and the sun setting so early, it’s a nice excuse and reminder to wind down my day earlier and enjoy a slower pace. I tend to get obsesse
